Maths Challenge now open until June 2021
Cost: $A18.50 for years 3–6, $A25.50 for years 7–10
The module is designed for students in years 3–10 and is usually conducted over 3 to 4 consecutive weeks between March and early June (but the timing of 3 to 4 weeks is up to your school). The results due back to AMT on 25 June 2021. This allows for flexibility in your schedule to cater for all students.
All study materials will be provided and you’ll be given a range of support materials including module handbook, sample letter to parents, posters, student problems, teacher guide, extension problems, marking schemes, stats reports, and more. Teachers in home-schools are eligible to register as school co-ordinators and run our competitions. Home Ed Winter Readathon
The Home Ed Winter Readathon is an annual readathon for home ed students raising funds for aid agency Tearfund Australia (tear.org.au) and is in its thirteenth year in 2021, having raised over $25,000 in the last 13 years.
Registrations for 2021 are now open! If you’d like an excuse to read for a great cause this winter with the chance to win prizes, email homereadathon@gmail.com for a registration form or if you have any questions.
